What we collect
Through our private enquiry form we collect only what is needed for an initial conversation: your name, a way to contact you, your general location, what you would like to explore, and any optional message you choose to add. We do not ask for passport copies, financial statements or tax documents through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to have a private conversation with you. With your express consent, and only then, we may share relevant details with an independent specialist provider to arrange an introduction.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is not shared with a specialist provider, or any other third party, unless you have expressly agreed to that specific introduction.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to maintain a record of any introduction made with your consent, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details you were given when you first got in touch.
